Excerpts from the book:

CHAPTER ONE: STONEHENGE
In this chapter, Sonja Grace turns her attention to one of the most talked about megalithic sites on the planet, Stonehenge in Wiltshire, England. Great mystery surrounds this site, which was built between 3000 and 2000 B.C. Was it a burial site, a place of healing or a place of ritual? Certainly, the Spring and Fall Equinox are said to influence the circle of standing stones and a number of myths surround the site. Sonja travels in spirit to the various times at which the site was under construction and explains what she has learned about the site’s purpose, its secrets and the religious and spiritual ceremonies that took place there.

CHAPTER TWO: SKELLIG MICHAEL
In the Atlantic Ocean, 12 kilometers west of the Ivereagh Peninsula in County Kerry are the towering sea crags called Skellig Michael. Also known as St. Michael’s Rock, it dates back to the sixth century. An Irish monastery was founded there with mysterious beehive huts dedicated to St. Michael. Spirit Traveler, Sonja Grace uncovers the rituals of this sacred place and tells the stories of the spirits that still walk the winding stairway to the top of the rock. She will reveal who lived there before the monks and what significance this island has to the mythical land called Lumeria.

CHAPTER THREE: TIWANAKU
Tiwanaku (Tiahuanaco) is often called ‘The Gateway to the Sun’, and can be found high in the mountains of Bolivia. It is pre-Columbian and is recognized by Andean scholars as one of the most important precursors to the Inca Empire. It is believed to have been the administrative center of power and ceremonial capital for approximately 500 years. The Spanish conquistador and chronicler, Pedro Cieza de Leon, was one of the first people to write about it when he stumbled upon the remains of the city in 1549. For hundreds of years, historians and scholars have been asking: Who built these giant structures in this high altitude and cold area where few natural resources are available and little food or sustenance can be grown? Who were the original inhabitants of Tiwanaku? How long did they live there? Why did they perish and what are these mysterious structures? Sonja Grace answers these long asked questions. She explains the importance of the light as at moves through the structure at Spring Equinox and how the star travelers influenced this sacred site.

CHAPTER FOUR: HAGAR QIM
The megalithic temple complex of Hagar Qim on the Island of Malta in the Mediterranean Sea is one of the most ancient places of worship on Earth. According to archaeologists and historians, the temple was built somewhere between 3600 B.C and 3200 B.C and is made up of arches and chambers. Libation jars and animal remains have been found at the site, leaving some to believe that sacrifice took place there. However, Spirit Traveler Sonja Grace has a completely different interpretation of the use of the site. She reveals how the chambers were once used as birthing rooms overseen by the High Priestess. Sonja also explains the meaning of the highly decorated statuettes and how the Temple is linked to the people of Atlantis and Lumeria.

CHAPTER FIVE: ST. WINIFREDE’S WELL
St. Winifred’s Well, Holywell, Flintshire in Wales is one of the oldest pilgrimage sites in British Isles. The site was mentioned in the medieval poem “Sir Gawain and the Green Knight”. The well is said to have healing powers and that belief is based on the myth of St. Winifred who was decapitated by the sword of Caradog. According to legend, Winifred was brought back to life by the prayers of her uncle, St. Bueno. Winifred went on to live as a nun. While the tale of the chaste nun who is beheaded by a suitor and then brought back to life could never have really happened, there is no doubt that this legend is based on something – but what exactly? Sonja Grace reveals the truth behind the legend of Saint Winifred, the creation of the well and the power of the Church in 600AD as she travels through the realms to the time of the real St. Winifred.

CHAPTER SIX: CHICHEN ITZA AND TEMPLE OF KUKULCAN
Sonja Grace moves through the realms and returns to Mexico’s Chichen Itza and the Temple of Kukulcan to answer one of the greatest historical mysteries: Why was this magnificent city abandoned? Chichen Itza gets its name from the Yucatec Maya meaning, ‘at the mouth of the well of Itza’. At the heart of the site is the Temple Kukulcan, a pyramid with extremely odd acoustics. The name comes from a Mayan snake deity who, legend has it, was a boy born as a snake who was cared for by his sister in a cave. As he grew he developed wings and eventually flew out of the cave and into the sea, causing a tremendous earthquake. According to myth, the snake causes earth tremors annually in the month of July as a way of communicating to his sister that he is still living.
Sonja explains how the legend was born and why the city was abandoned. She takes the reader on a journey exploring the geometry of the pyramid. She describes that its 91 steps on all four sides represents the 365 days of the year. Sonja reveals how the Spring and Autumn Equinox are important to the site and the awakening of the feathered serpent.

CHAPTER SEVEN: KHAFRE PYRAMID
Spirit Traveler Sonja Grace takes us to Egypt and the Khafre Pyramid, which is the second tallest and second largest of the Pyramids of Giza. The pyramid was built as the tomb of Khafre, the third ruler of the fourth Egyptian dynasty. His father Khufu’s Great Pyramid stands taller nearby. Sonja takes us to the burial chamber, as it stood soon after the death of Khafre. She reveals the chamber’s hidden secrets, the story of its construction, and the significance of Khafre’s relationship with the Sphinx.

CHAPTER EIGHT: THE ROCK OF CASHEL
Finally, Sonja takes us to The Rock of Cashel. Also known as Cashel of the Kings and St. Patrick’s Rock. It is located at Cashel, County Tipperary, Ireland. This was the original residence of the kings of Munster. The name comes from Caiseal meaning “stone fort”. There is evidence that the burials and church buildings date back to the 9th century. The legend surrounding the Rock of Cashel started in the Devil’s Bit, a mountain 20 miles north of Cashel. In local folklore St. Patrick banishes Satan from a cave in doing so the rock, in which the cave lay was uprooted and landed 20 miles away in Cashel. Spirit Traveler, Sonja Grace will uncover the energy source of Cashel and reveal what really happened to St. Patrick. She shares what the Druids understood and why the King of Munster relinquished the Rock of Cashel to the church.

Excerpts from the book:

CHAPTER ONE: GREAT SPHINX OF GIZA
Sonja Grace time travels back to 10,000 BCE and discovers that the Great Sphinx was originally built to honor the lion-headed goddess Sekhmet. Through Spirit Travel, she explores underground chambers beneath the Sphinx, where she encounters vast networks of healing rooms, ancient texts, and a hidden pyramid that serves as a stargate. She learns that Sekhmet played a pivotal role in the civilization that predated dynastic Egypt and that the Sphinx was originally constructed as a spiritual and cosmic marker rather than merely a monument. Her journey aligns with alternative theories that date the Sphinx to a much earlier period than traditionally believed. These revelations challenge the conventional understanding of Egyptian history, suggesting that advanced civilizations existed far before recorded history and possessed knowledge of celestial alignments and interdimensional travel.

CHAPTER TWO: EASTER ISLAND
Grace’s journey to Easter Island unveils the truth behind the Moai statues, which she learns were not just carved by the Polynesians but were influenced by the race of giants known as Mu. Through Spirit Traveling, she interacts with these ancient beings, who explain their purpose in guiding early civilizations. The Moai statues serve as spiritual guardians and energy conduits, preserving a portal that allows communication with celestial realms. Grace also uncovers the advanced knowledge possessed by the Mu, including their ability to manipulate energy fields and magnetism to move the massive stone structures. Her discoveries highlight a deeper connection between Easter Island, South America, and other megalithic sites worldwide, suggesting that humanity’s past is far more interconnected than mainstream history acknowledges.

CHAPTER THREE: JAPAN’S ISHI NO HODEN MEGALITH
Grace’s exploration of the Ishi no Hoden Megalith in Japan reveals a mysterious, seemingly floating stone structure that defies conventional explanations. During her Spirit Travel, she learns that this megalith was created with the assistance of extraterrestrial beings who possessed advanced technology capable of altering matter and gravity. She also discovers an underground network beneath the megalith, revealing a hidden civilization that once thrived with knowledge far beyond modern comprehension. Grace’s encounters with celestial beings and spirit guides confirm that this site was a sacred energy center, connected to a larger network of spiritual sites across the world. Her revelations about Japan’s lost history suggest that ancient cultures had direct interactions with beings from other realms, and their spiritual practices were deeply intertwined with cosmic energies.

CHAPTER FOUR: GOBEKLI TEPE
At Göbekli Tepe, Grace uncovers the remnants of an ancient refuge for survivors of Atlantis. Her Spirit Travel experience reveals that this site was not merely a religious complex but a center of preserved knowledge, where the magicians of Atlantis safeguarded their wisdom following the cataclysmic destruction of their homeland. Through time travel, she witnesses sacred ceremonies, astronomical calculations, and the transmission of knowledge meant to guide future civilizations. The circular enclosures of Göbekli Tepe, she learns, serve as energy amplifiers, designed to maintain a spiritual connection with the cosmos. Grace’s insights into this site provide a compelling narrative that connects Atlantis to early civilizations and challenges the mainstream view that Göbekli Tepe was simply a hunter-gatherer settlement.

CHAPTER FIVE: THE GREAT PYRAMID
During her Spirit Travel to the Great Pyramid of Giza, Grace gains firsthand knowledge of its true purpose. Rather than serving as a tomb, she discovers that the pyramid was built as an advanced energy structure, designed to channel cosmic frequencies and facilitate interdimensional travel. Her encounters with celestial beings and ancient architects reveal that the Great Pyramid was constructed using vibrational technology, allowing for the precise alignment with Orion’s Belt. She also explores the hidden chambers within the pyramid, which contain encrypted messages and energy fields that have yet to be fully understood by modern science. Her journey affirms the theory that the pyramid’s construction involved knowledge far beyond what conventional archaeology attributes to the ancient Egyptians.

CHAPTER SIX: ZIGGURAT OF UR
Grace’s Spirit Travel to the Ziggurat of Ur unveils an underground civilization inhabited by an ancient race of ant-like beings known as the Savrock. These beings, she learns, played a crucial role in human history, guiding early Sumerian societies and teaching them advanced knowledge about astronomy, agriculture, and energy manipulation. She explores subterranean chambers that contain artifacts and inscriptions detailing humanity’s forgotten past. Grace’s encounters with the Savrock reveal that their influence extends beyond Mesopotamia and that they were instrumental in shaping multiple ancient civilizations. Her discoveries challenge the conventional narrative that human civilization emerged solely through gradual development, instead suggesting that external influences helped shape early societies in profound ways.

CHAPTER SEVEN: THE EYE OF THE DESERT, ATLANTIS
In her search for Atlantis, Grace identifies the Richat Structure, also known as the Eye of the Sahara, as the remnants of the lost civilization. Through Spirit Travel, she witnesses Atlantis before its destruction and explores its intricate water systems, advanced architecture, and celestial alignments. She learns that Atlantis was a hub of spiritual and technological advancement, with its inhabitants possessing the ability to communicate with higher-dimensional beings. The city’s downfall, she discovers, was triggered by a combination of natural disasters and external interference, leading to its submersion beneath the sands. Grace’s revelations about Atlantis connect it to many of the ancient sites she explores, painting a broader picture of humanity’s lost history and its ties to interdimensional civilizations.
